My interests are books. Lots and lots of books. Borderline addiction actually. When I get asked for a Christmas list it’s all books. Really. Ask my wife. My hobbies are reading and thinking.
The purpose of this blog is twofold. The first being an outlet for some of my studies. I like to think through ideas and this is my sounding board. The second is I hope to put a stone in your shoe and give you something to think about.
Life’s most important question for me has been, “What is the purpose and meaning of life?”. This question has been asked throughout history and after reading and studying various religions I believed Christianity not only offered the best answer, but also the Truth. My faith is in Jesus, that he is who he said he was. It’s not been a blind faith or leap of faith, but rather one built on evidence and conviction Heb 11:1. Jesus made some extraordinary claims and backed them up with miracles and evidence (Matt 9:6). I put my hope, my trust and my assurance in Jesus Christ.
